This figure are known as Revoltech Eva Unit 02 New movie edition. In the Evangelion series, Eva 02 was piloted by Asuka Langley Soryu. In this version, it included another pack which allow Eva 02 to temporary fly in the sky.
And here is the flying pack for Eva 02.
Beside the flying pack, it also able to equip with normal battery pack which allow it continue battle at the surface.
